Too soon.
I will tell you this, kelly got off easy. Homeland security is the toughest gig in cabinet.
If we lose a platoon in uzbekibekistan due to gross stupidity on the part of the theater commander, few will care and the fact based documentary will come out 25 yrs after the fiasco.
If a terrorist cell shoots up the king of prussia mall in suburbs of philadelphia, everyone with a tv will know that homeland security is a failure.
He gets a big title on resume and does not hang around long enough to be noticed plus or minus.
