Most recently a poll showed the electorate identifies as 23% D and 23% R with a record high number of independents.
These polls like the one you posted, and pre election polls, not only over sample Dems they under sample indies

If they say 46% dims it is probably more like 60% dims that they polled.

only 36% of those polled are Dems. Presuming 100% #not Trump, then an additional 25% of the total polled are in agreement that trump tried to obstruct/impede.
