If true, a foreign government has blackmail material on our incoming President.

Of course, if the premise is that we don't care if Trump did do it, I'm not sure what leverage it would really be.
All that aside, if there is a tape, the scandal is probably a lot different than if we all just assumed what was supposedly on the tape was true.
