Simple solution, do not break the law by blocking freedom of movement on roadways. In either situation, the left was first to break a law and the first to initiate violence/intimidation.

1) Not real nazis. They're just people you disagree with

2) This is the US where assaulting someone for no reason other than you disagree with them is not ok.

3) You are either purposefully lying about the law or are ignorant of it.

Running over individuals if you feel threatened by their violent behavior and therefore are protected from civil suits, is perfectly ok.

Punching non-violent individuals is never ok.

If you are in the road and the car is slowly moving forward through the crowd and the protestors start surrounding the car, yes, you should not be charged.
