Its safe to assume he'll act before the new session is sworn, so, can it be stopped? Are we entirely dependent on John Roberts to defend the rule of law? (Not a comforting thought )

Have the Supremes ever addressed the scope of EOs? Other Presidents have used them to bypass Congress here and there but there's never been a power grab like we've seen from Little Barry. He has fundamentally changed America in this alone.

By outflanking him.

If the Republicans pass a minimal bill which mandates border security for partial amnesty to those willing to wait for a certain number of years to gain citizenship.

All foreign criminals must be escorted out of the country.

Borders must be beefed up and no undocumented person(s) can ever be allowed to enter our borders without our consent.

You forget to realize that along time ago these matters were relinquished to powers that be. Voting gives us a sense of self worth, control, but really just keeping the status quo, cycle repeats.
