Sure. That's exactly the purpose of my noting it. You were asked a generic, and responded with a specific exclusionary.
So here's what I know. I know yours seemed to be a contorted response. I know you're twisting like a worm on a hook.

Here's what I also know.
I know you constantly claim individuals without insurance cannot get care.

I know you insinuate that prior to the ACA, uninsured individuals were left on the street to die.

I know when challenged about your contention though, you oddly intimate that you care for patients without regard to their ability to pay.

I know I've told you repeatedly that I care for patients without regard to their ability to pay.

So what I know is you seem to want to have the argument both ways.

It's odd that you claim to have a passing knowledge of medicine yet you have no idea how medicine worked pre-ACA.
