Some of us figured back in '13 when he went rogue that come the next presidential election he wouldn't be around to answer for his action. Basically what he told me by doing it - I don't g.a.s. about past procedure, just give me what I want now.

Then there should be absolutely no disdain for McConnell doing the same thing now if it didn't bother one back then when Reid did it.

I would argue that it should be different for a Supreme than for a Appeals court judge.
But it is what it is.
