If lack of diversity is just cause for a civil rights investigation, is then why aren't NASA and Hollywood being investigated? I guess I should include Silicon Valley, too, since the race-baiters conveniently ignore that Asians are a minority in that case.

Simple answer is it should have at least been addressed where people would have heard or read about it through mass media.

However, in our day and age, it's very unpopular to accuse a "non-white" person, group, or organization of racism or breaches in any form of civil rights. It relegates those who are white to to actually accept it as a product of the years the aforementioned suffered through - at the hands of whites in the past.

It's a very twisted point of view, yet widely accepted.
