Sony did exactly what the DNC did - hire a third party to locate the relevant portion of the server history and turn that over to the FBI.

No decent attorney would advise a large organization to turn over the entirety of its server history to the FBI. Too much liability risk with zero benefit.

Well if it's as big of a deal as the DNC and Democrats CONTINUE to claim, ON A DAILY BASIS, and it cost them the election, then you'd think they'd be more than willing to let the FBI access it, investigate and pursue espionage charges.

After all, that's what the Democrats want, right? SOMEBODY to be punished?!?!

The problem is that the DNC knows that it wasn't Russia that hacked their servers. The report given to the FBI by the company the DNC hired to investigate has even since been debunked.

It's all a false narrative created to help in the cover up of Obozo and his clownshow IC illegally spying on Trumps campaign. That's why nothing was ever made of any of this until AFTER the election. Because Trump was never supposed to win.

It is comical. I dont know what a subpoena dices tecum is? Maybe not, but I have had clerks in multiple parishes issue them multiple tomes. (Granted that is in a civil setting in a pending lawsuot.) So maybe they are just as confused as I am. (Perhaps there is a criminal equivalent? If so, I dont know what that would be off hand, but anybody with half a brain would get the gist.) The DNC let the FBI access the relevant information. That's why they hired the company to analyze the server and figure out exactly what the FBI needs in order to determine who hacked them without turning over the entirety of their server history.

This is one of those recurring threads that just make the Poliboard look like conspiracy nuts. Any company that would turn over the entirety of its server history to the FBI without a court order needs to fire their attorneys. Too big of a liability.

So it's a "take our word for it, this is all you need to see" type of disclosure, eh? That's sure to get you what you need....especially from upstanding and honest people in the DNC. Seems legit. (Tinfoil hat on)
