Serious and credible ISIS threat against malls in No VA

Friend's son works for one of those 3-letter agencies, saw report at work, and says it should be taken very seriously.
Police in Northern Virginia are increasing their presence around shopping malls and high-volume roads and transit areas in response to a purported threat from ISIS.
A law enforcement source told CBS News the recent threat against a mall in Northern Virginia this Halloween weekend originated from ISIS. It is the basis for a law enforcement-sensitive alert that was issued.
For anybody on 95 South near Tysons Corner, reports are of very heavy police presence. Perhaps they have struck already?!?!

Voting locations are not usually in malls. This is a pretty specific threat.

How convenient. The weekend before an election Isis is showing up in Virginia of all places when Isis even at the height of their power never once pulled off any crap in this country. Nobody believes this shite and the FBI can frick off. Shouldn't they be chasing down nooses in garages or harassing suburban parents who attend school board meetings?

I used to live right in the middle of the Wahhabi Corridor (Route 7). Tyson's Corner is right there too. I would definitely take this seriously.

ISIS did the nightclub shooting in Orlando and if memory serves the San Bernardino shootings too. But that’s all that comes to mind in the US.

Will this cause an executive order to cancel election in Virginia this year? Or cause it to be extended to get mail in ballots harvested?
