Serious question, why would anyone want any of these documents when they are packing up?
If I left my job the first thing I would do is leave everything behind. My knowledge would be useful but I don’t need the sensitive documents to remember things.

Because it seems as if you have integrity and aren’t going to use any of your company’s documents to pass valuable information to competitors for monetary gain or blackmail purposes.
