I did, I was more commenting on the general reaction. Hell, you don't even need to read the link, just read a calendar and understand how the Supreme Court works. This has to have applied to the Obama Administration, a Trump Administration case wouldn't have been ruled on by the Court in this session unless it was massive frontpage news that got fast tracked.

What a clown you are. This was a ruling against the the Obama admin. Even if you didn't read the story, someone who knew anything would suspect that since the Court had a ruling ready it must have heard the case months ago.

Actually no. The issue is federalism, specifically deference to the rule making and decision making power of the executive. That was the primary issue considered by Obama in judicial appointments, including Merrick Garland. Deferral judges make the president stronger. Trump doesn't yet grasp this issue.
