I am pretty hard to offend, but there is a Vietnamese restaurant chain called What the Pho? which comes close. (Pho is a Vietnamese soup and it is pronounced "fuh.") As an adult, I'm okay with it, I guess, but I will not soon forget the look in my young daughter's eyes the day she finally got the pun. She repeated it as often as she could for years after that.
