Repeal Obama's unconstitutional EO and tell Ryan to pass their immigration bill.

If congress can pass something, Trump will sign it.

Put the ball in his court.

The Republican leadership and GOPe are cowards and liars. They screamed unconstitutional in regards to DACA. Now they want to keep it.

They screamed Repeal and Replace for seven years and look what they did when it came down to getting rid of it.

The GOPe is disgraceful and should be voted out. I intend on doing my part in 2018 to insure that happens.

The Republican Party has nothing to do with actual conservatism. In 2008 and 2012, they were terrified of Ron Paul because they are, at best, controlled opposition.

I don't know whether it is or not, but I think Trump would be best to allow it go through the courts to determine its Constitutionality.

If that 91% employment rate is correct, then it's been effective so I don't think it would look good taking away an effective program, if he wants to end it. But if it's found to unconstitutional, then the blame of taking away an effective program would not fall on him (though some would try). If it's found constitutional then he can cross that bridge.

I like the idea of forcing immigration reform...... either do it or end DACA

DACA still is unconstitutional because the President usurped Congresses role.

It is not unconstitutional if Congress passes law that allows it.

I don't agree with the policy in either case but it is something that Congress should address.

Funny way to report the numbers...

The normal way would be to say 9% unemployment which just so happens to be 50% higher than the national average right now!

No. This would mean 9% of the total group, which would assume 100% labor force participation rate.

Obviously given the purpose of DACA and the age demographics, it should have a higher labor force participation rate than the US as a whole since many not in the labor force are for reasonable and non-negative reasons (with retirees, students, stay at home parents, etc.).

That being said, despite the limitations of using the labor force, it would still be far more valid than your comparison to say that 91% employment is far higher than the 60% employment overall in the US.
