Ginsberg is horrible, but I support her (alleged) intention of waiting until Rand or Ted can replace her.
I'll believe it when I see it, though. Even if she's serious, the progtards will pressure her to step down while the glorified community organizer can choose yet another piece of shite to take her seat.

actually it's the executive branch's job to enforce the laws.

Let her hold on to it, Maybe a conservative president will get 2 terms and when she hits late 80's she will hang it up and be replaced by a conservative.

It's not like they think they'll lose in 2016. In her mind she's just waiting for the next Democrat President. The Dems will lose but by that time it'll be too late.

Could be. Could also be that she's looking at the dysfunctional senate and the possibility that any acceptable candidate would be torpedoed by republicans.
