He just made a good point. While their is no evidence that the Trump campaign had contact with Russians in regards to rigging the election, their is evidence that the Obama Administration had a role in facilitating the leaks. Citing the EOs Obama signed that let classified info be more easily accessed. He also said that Jarrett moving into Obamas home to run the "Resistance" is more evidence of what is going on here.
