No. Without further action from the counties EO20-70 shut down the beaches. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that, but without action by local authorities, that order did shut down beaches. It’s a really stupid thing to be so worried about. I apologize for bringing it up. My entire point was trump and Ron did the right thing by leaving things to local authorities.

Sure, that was one good decision, whoever advised him to do that.
My criticism had always been Fauci, spending, Warp Speed, rhetoric, etc.
Trump fell on his face overall, despite the one or two bright spots.

You aren’t bright enough to understand the order. Ron’s order shite down the beaches but allowed local authorities to decide differently. Without subsequent action by local authorities, Ron’s order shut the beaches down. Did the local authorities take additional action, or did the beaches close pursuant to the EO?
