Multiple former Republican National Committee officials who followed Reince Priebus and Sean Spicer to the White House are “seriously concerned” about their jobs now that President Trump tapped Anthony Scaramucci as his new communications director, White House sources told Fox News.

The sources said Scaramucci's influence has skyrocketed inside the West Wing. The Washington Post reported that “Scaramucci has moved into Trump’s inner sanctum and is now described by some colleagues as almost family to the president.”

A White House official told Politico that Scaramucci is being considered to succeed Priebus. Scaramucci has made it clear on Twitter that he answers only to Trump.

The Post, citing several unnamed officials, reported that Scaramucci has started an audit on staffers. He is reportedly meeting with them and weeding out “those he determines are not working hard enough to defend the president.”

The staffers whose jobs are secure are Sarah Huckabee Sanders, Hope Hicks and Dan Scavino.

Clearing the RATs (Republicans Against Trump) out.

I love this.

Scaramucci is moved and a shaker, he gets things done.

He will be a catalyst for change and help get things moving again.

Probably shouldn't leak stupid shite...

120+ leaks and none of it is pertinent to anything other than to keep the media shark feeding frenzy over chicken tenders in the water

What a lot of these GOPe staffers don't realize is the media takes major liberty with their statements. Once their statements get misconstrued in the paper they cannot correct the record or they would out themselves.

So STFU is good advice.

Leakers are worried that a guy who said "I'm going to get rid of leakers" might fire them?

Good. I hope he is sincere and really wants to get to the bottom of things. He was with Walker and Jeb before.

Originally loved the Scaramucci decision, but after following his Twitter for a couple of days he comes off as a arse kissing media whore. Starting to question his motives.

I'm not a fan of him either but he seems like he might be better at his job than his predecessors.

I still like Sessions even though I abhor his takes on marijuana and seizures. I don't get why Trump can't just sick him on immigration and gang violence and be done with it.

The chances of Scaramucci not finding himself in a similar position in the next 6-12 months seem pretty slim.

Scaramucci Is the best thing going in the WH these days. He's also the guy that pitches reverse mortgages to 80 year seniors with dementia.

So WaPo, Fox, and Politico are all reporting from sources afraid to lose their jobs?

I think we've found the cancer.
