Our man W is too busy setting up a new program with BClinton and BObama to import 85k refugees from Afghanistan to be bothered with the border.

Unbelievable.

No one wants to attack the border issue head on. Republicans or Democrats. Both want the issue for electoral politics.

If we were serious, we would invade Panama and Nicaragua and put severe pressure on Ecuador. Panama because of the activity at the Darien Gap. Nicaragua because they are essentially giving away travel visas to anyone who arrives and says they are going North within a month. Ecuador is charging what amounts to $10 to any migrant arriving from China for a visa.

That is where you HAVE to solve it. Once they get to Mexico, it's too late and Mexico is essentially a failed state overall.

Roberts continues to sell out our country every day.

Let's assume that his rationale is something like: 'The President is Commander in Chief and can determine how our borders are defended.'

OK, by that logic China could say: 'President Biden, we'd like to build 10 of our military bases in your country.'
And Biden says: 'OK.'

Wouldn't he have the authority to do that according to Roberts' logic?

Court ruling affected the injunction holding the wire while trial is pending.

a . Amy Barrate may be positioning her self as fair and balanced for future more critical Trump rulings.

b.. House ought to proceed with Myorkas impeachment this week prior to Scotus hearing the border wire suit on the merits. Think of all the useful discovery laying out the very political driven work to destroy the border

They're no longer children that can be taken away.

wrong

they can be sent back any time, even after they are 18, they are still liable to lose citizenship gained through adoption, and be returned to their country of origin.

they are only allowed in this country by the adoption, if adoption is null and void, so is the kids citizenship and they get shipped back even if they are adults at the time

Dear Texas

It seems the SCOTUS has left you with one choice. Marshall all the resources and money you can. Get the home town addresses of the 5 judges that voted against our border security. Ship illegals to these towns by the thousands. And don't stop.
