Dems eating dems.

“They are all so phony,” the staffer told me. “Every time I hear any of the Democratic senators, including my own boss, talk about diversity, I cringe, because it’s all one big lie. That they’ve been allowed to enjoy this reputation as a party that values diversity, while doing next to nothing of substance to align their actions with their words, is expert-level deception.”

This might have something to do with the 20% of blacks that vote Rebublican....

Why do workplaces have to be diverse? Perhaps there are not enough qualified black candidates who are applying?

Serious question: How are stats and hiring practices of so called "people of color" tracked?

Is it strictly based on self-identifying factors?

I know multiple people that are mixed asian, indian, black, hispanic that identify as white.

Who gets to pick? If the company is being judged by their hiring diversity, if they hire a "black" person, but that person identifies as "white" do they not get credit for it?

I think these are legitimate questions. As time goes on and there are more and more interracial people, the entire issue of race will either be easier or harder.
