In honor of Chuck Schumer, I’ll be introducing a bill that will require any politician who advocates for sending American troops to Ukraine to be required to fight on the front lines with them.

Or is it saying if Ukraine is toppled and Russia then invades a NATO ally, per the NATO treaty we would be obligated to fight?
I'm not seeing him wanting to send troops into Ukraine (not a NATO ally).
