He was saying this morning that Russia hacking our democratic election process and pushing Trump over the top is an act of war and must be dealt with as such. He said its up to Obama to act NOW and attack Russia over this before Trump gets in because once Trump is in, Russia will not be punished and get away with it.

The media is purposefully wording it to make it sound like Russia actually came in and hacked the vote totals, ballots and voting machines to give Trump the win.
