This works both ways. Once the "workers" are no longer locked into their job because they won't have to rely on their employer for medical insurance, then employers will also lose their incentive to provide insurance.

Put another way, employers offer insurance as an incentive to attract employees. Why offer it if it won't help you attract employees?

And government interference in the free market is what created this in the first place.
Coupling employment and health insurance was a reaction to wage controls put in place during WWII.

It should have never been this way.
