Those are ads based on your search history...
Also, Reddit is unapologetically anti trump. The owner of the site got into some shite recently for creating an algorithm that downvited pro trump posts.

It seems to be their sponsored ad right now. Reddit is ultra liberal.
I couldn't even hide the ad like I've been able to do with their other sponsored ads.
