Good for them. I honestly think the GOP in Congress doesn't want a health bill passed. They want to make it look like they gave it the old college try and then move on when it fails.

He won't be because he's way too ideological and kinda talks like a homo, but I love the shite that comes out of his mouth!

They don't want the media to call them 'MEAN'. What they don't realize is that it will happen regardless of what they do.

I honestly believe that had Trump not run, Rand Paul or Ted Cruz would be president right now.

honestly, Rand was abysmal during the primaries

he rode the fence on too many issues trying to seem more moderate and it really turned a lot of people off

hopefully he regroups and has a more clear message and tone in 2020

I agree. I think he struck a bad deal with McConnel and was painted into a corner, but considering how much support Cruz had late into the campaign, there would have been a lot of oxygen in the room for him. Early polls had Rand as a dark horse front-runner.

That is such a tough thing to speculate. But I think Rand has a ceiling for abovementioned reasons. I think Cruz or Rubio. I know the Gang of 8 thing killed Rubio, but I feel like Trump made immigration an issue again after it had kinda died down. Ted was just so unlikeable!

Love those two Patriots - Trump is wrong as can be by supporting AHCA, more commonly referred to as "Cuckcare". Very sad!

I am a big Rand fan also, but dude dropped out of the running and didn't connect with many voters...gotta do a lot better than that to win the White House.
