Hopefully Trump calls his bluff. Emanuel is banking on riots and cries of racism if Trump were to pull federal funding from Chicago and/or Illinois. I hope President Elect Trump has the same resolve he had during the campaign.

Rahm Emanuel has done a marvelous job as mayor of Chicago. He has pulled all the right strings.
