Russian is winning. And regardless of how much money we give corrupt Ukraine, Russia will "win". The haven't advanced because Putin doesn't want anymore territory than he has. The only reason Congress is giving more money is corruption.

We all will care if Putin is unrestrained in Europe. The chances of a wide scale war would increase dramatically.

Russia is no threat to sweep across Europe. Russia has a small economy and a weak military. Putin wants to absorb a few pissant eastern European countries. Not worth American blood and treasure to get involved in that.
