Protestors caught vandalizing should lose welfare AND be charged.

While protesting should be protected as the shoe could easily be on the other foot one day, I completely agree that if people are inciting civil unrest the government should not pay them to do so. And vandalism should be treated as vandalism, which is a crime, even if during "protest"
