Best thing i heard.
2 white people asking a black woman what was going on. She said there is a protest over the andrew jackson statue because he owned slaves.
They replied: but there were no black people protesting.
She replied. I know its stupid

Yes protest at Jackson Square with 100 nutjobs and the entire police force. I have never remotely seen this many cops this concentrated.

Few places draw crowds from all over the globe the way NOLA does for Mardi Gras and Jazz Fest. I've heard estimates that over a million people descend upon NOLA every year for Mardi Gras alone.

I had a friend who went facebook live from there and I unfriended him... I'm normally for progressive causes and against hate, but not removing Jackson from Jackson Square. That's stupid and going too far

JFK acknowledged in 1962 that NOLA citizens got along. Everything was fine until Landrieu decided he needed to do something to up his stock with the DNC. Now it's out of hand.
