What is a "fake elector"? What laws were violated by having electors who were prepared to cast votes for Trump if he won any of his his challenges?

Aside, and re Trump...I wonder if he knows that the CIA essentially whacked Kennedy? Oswald made a call from the Dallas jail (his last) to Raleigh, NC., to a former CIA Operative. Said Operative was likely used as a blind contact number by the then active CIA Op. I've watched two Documentaries as of late; the evidence is irrefutable. All of DC knows. Schumer was honest re "the CIA" and "six ways from Sunday".
The Founders would draw their swords and storm their Capital. Power and "the love of money" has corrupted it to point of no repair. I will not lament the coming fall of the current phony altruists. They earned it.
