Prince Andrew and his accuser: UPDATE NEW PICS RELEASED of those “TRAFFICKED”

Among the previously detailed claims against Prince Andrew is that he sexually abused Ms Giuffre in London, New York and on Epstein's private island in the Virgin Islands.
Accusations against Prince Andrew, including allegedly groping a woman's breast during an encounter involving a puppet version of the prince and claims he sexually assaulted Virginia Giuffre when she was 17, were given a new airing in the unsealing of 1,200 pages by a US court.
Age of consent
United Kingdom: 16
New York: 17
BVI: 16
I have seen no document nor any testimony that the accused was physically beaten nor threatened by Andrew.
So I guess my question is why didn’t he just admit he had sex with her at those 3 places and show her age at the time?
Unseemly for a grown man to have sex with a 16-17 yr old? Absolutely
Illegal ? Apparently not in those places.

did you look closer to see if their were any other criteria? there's a good chance that even thought the aoc is 16, it may not have been legal with a man many years older.

What difference does that make - what Epstein told him about her age? Doesn’t change her actual age at the time.
There have been NO ALLEGATIONS that Prince Andrew had ANY sexual contact with someone under 17.

There were no allegations of sexual assault. She just alleged that she had sec with him when she was 17 and told to do so by Epstein.
There were no allegations the Prince threatened her nor beat her.
How was he supposed to know that she just wasn’t into fricking older guys?

Was she being held against her will?
Was she threatened with violence or death if to herself or a family member if she didn’t comply?

Most of these woman continued to go back and profit off this but act like victims. Not saying it’s not wrong but I’d like more info on the girls and operation of what went on. They made the temple out like they were sucking blood and killing Virgins, which would have plenty of evidence and victims known. Most these girls seem like they got used for sex, which is wrong if they were underage.
Now if someone told me it wasn’t American girls flying from New York and it was like the movie taken, I could understand crazy outrage but I’ll assume from what I know that wasn’t the case. It’s more than likely blackmail or set up services outside the US.

I read here on the Poli that half your age, +7 years is a good measure of consent.

I read her deposition.
She never once said that she was on that island, in NY, in London as a kidnap victim.
