For the love, please do not give Sarah Palin any position if you want your cabinet to seem legit.

Don't you just love saying it...."President Trump"

Get Sarah Palin the frick outta there.
I think Jindal can be pretty decent as sohhs. He's been there before as assistant to the sohhs as well as receiving awards in Louisiana as sohhs.
Trey Gowdy as AG=boner.

I can't remember what site I saw this on but three names rumored to be up for Secretary of Defense is Jeff Sessions, Joseph Keith Kellogg, Flynn, and potentially Kelly Ayotte.

Chief of Staff
Reince Preibus - I would feel better if it wasn't Obannon or his son in law. Reince has been loyal and would be exceptional
Sec of State
Newt Gingrich - Let Newt run the most sophisticated area of Trump presidency. I had Bolton here but this is probably right in Newts wheel house.
Sec of Treasury
Carl Ichan - Trump has expressed interest in putting outside business people into his government. If he passes on Ichan then he was never serious about putting the best minds in his administration.
Sec of Defense
Sen Jeff Sessions - Nobody is more ideal to execute Trumps vision of the military and View of the world than Sessions. He has been close to Trump since early in the campaign.
Attorney General
Trey Gowdy - This will probably a Tossup with Giuliani because of his unwavering support for Trump during the campaign plus Rudy is more than qualified for the position. Stil, nothing gets the base fired up than Gowdy.
Sec of Interior
Sarah Palin - This is a total screw you pick to both party's. She was an early Trump supporter too.
Sec of AG
Kelley Ayotte - Trump should put her in the administration and this could be his 3rd woman hire. She is going to be an asset in his administration wherever you put her.
Sec of Commerce
Carla Fiornia - Trump needs to diversify his cabinet and Carly has a solid background in business. Obviously she has been angling for a position and this would be a nice landing spot.
Secretary of Health and Human Services
Ben Carson - I don't necessarily think he is the best pick but the man should be plenty capable if he puts his mind to this job.
Sec of Energy
Harold Hamm - Trump should go outside of government where he can and energy is one of those areas. Hamm has an impressive resume and would be intriguing pick.
Sec of Veterans Affairs
Duncan Hunter - No matter what people tell you this job is going to need a politicians touch. Hunter is very respected and would get results.
Homeland Security
Rudy Giuliani - This position should have been his in the Bush administration but now Rudy is ready to serve. Great spot to put the former mayor in.
National Security Adviser
General Flynn
CIA Director
Mike Rogers
ETA: I agree Ayotte needs to be placed in administration somewhere. Maybe in Agriculture.

Probably going to be hard to place Petraeus in the administration. Maybe some sort of special counsel would be appropriate?

Whenever I've talked to friends about politics the last few days, I've used "President-Elect Trump" just because it sounds so cool to say.
