Just because the courts ruled on this matter does not mean the demagogue in chief cant appeal to the rednecks for votes based on an unamerican point of view.

I am guessing you feel the same about Hillary Clinton, then? She introduced a bill to make it illegal using close to the same consequences that Trump did.

The left is criticizing Trump for saying that. I get that. I haven't seen a single person say anything about Hillary saying almost the exact same thing. Was she:
Anti-First Amendment?
A demagogue?
Psychopathic?
All of these have been ascribed to Trump in this thread, so I am guessing that you all feel the same about Hillary, since she said almost the exact same thing...and even introduced a bill supporting this several years ago.

However, for me the difference is this....Trump was giving his opinion. She introduced a bill. There is a big difference.
