John Adams hated the two party system because he wanted to control everything and hated those who opposed him. He wanted the federal government to be united under HIM.

You could not be more wrong if you were standing in a puddle of wrong wearing the wrong shoes.
Let me expand. Adams was wary of a two party system and did believe in the federalist way but your quote makes him out to be a Hamiltonian and that was what I was addressing.

The two party system in the US will end when Muslims become 30-40% of the population and they start their own Sharia Party.
