1) Vegas Bengal has his seventh lobotomy when it's revealed that Obama and Valerie Jarrett were the two people orchestrating the IRS scandal. The lobotomy is a "success".
2) Rex is committed to a mental institution (FINALLY!) after he is "caught" planning to bomb the Supreme Court when they rule against subsidies for citizens of states that use the Federal exchange. His plan was to send in a white paper mache dog on an electronic toy wagon dressed up to look like a Mardi Gras float. The paper mache dog was going to be filled with gun powder that he had unraveled from the millions of fireworks he had left over from the 2013 Inauguration when no one came to his inauguration party.
3) Toddy finally realizes that he isn't really gay after all. He joins the Spider-Tuba Church of Envirowhackjobism and starts thousands of posts on internet bulletin boards trying to convince people to join the Church in an effort to have the Supreme Court declare that anyone who says anything bad about Global Warmist has engaged in GlobalWarmingphobia and should be summarily hanged. After the Supreme Court rules in October that there is no Constitutional right to gay marriage, he doesn't even find out until 2017. He was too busy erecting a shrine to Al Gore.
