Police Suspend Investigation Into Trans Mob That Assaulted Riley Gaines

Gaines ... told Fox News Digital on Wednesday that she followed up with the San Francisco State University Police Department last month on its investigation into the incident 'where I was held hostage.'
'Can you please let me know if you have completed your investigation?' She wrote in an email reviewed by Fox News Digital. 'I wondered if you can share with me any conclusions you have reached regarding your investigation and whether any charges will be filed against the individuals who sought to threaten, intimidate and harm me? Is there a timetable concerning this matter? Is there any additional information you need from me?'
In an email dated Feb. 2, an officer replied: 'After a thorough investigation, the alleged charges in this case are unfounded and have been suspended pending further lead.

If there is no further investigation that means the university PD is subject to FOIA. Find out if they were in on it from the beginning or joined later. Either are the only explanation for their (non) response and follow up "investigation". There's your lawsuit.

In certain areas, the courts are failing because there is no penalty for them to not uphold the law in an even and objective manner. Until this changes in those areas, those areas will continue to behave just like this one has (see also: Judge Arthur Engoron in New York).

Conceal and carry option will lead you to the courts where you’ll still be punished. You have to think farther out than just the incident itself. The first option is to avoid these places at all cost, whether it’s physically and/or financially. Remain in areas that have a jury pool that is closely related to your belief because they’ll be the ones that decide if your right to defend yourself is real or if you're a murderer.

SF area university.
Cops are either directly taking orders to kill this case or can read the tea leaves to know that their asses will be in trouble if they don’t drop it.
In a functional society, this would be where a federal case gets involved because the locals can’t or won’t do it due to corruption.
