Jan. 26 (UPI) -- Washington, D.C. police said they arrested seven demonstrators who climbed a construction crane to protest President Donald Trump.

The protesters, who the environmental activist group Greenpeace USA reported were members of its organization, climbed the 270-foot-tall crane Wednesday morning. They unfurled a massive banner reading "Resist," and after 14 hours on the crane, descended late Wednesday evening, when they were arrested.

What goes up eventually comes down.

See, I can respect these guys in that they actually did something about the cause they care about instead of whining and trolling on message boards like TigerDroppings Poli Board. They aren't just virtue signaling. If Hugo would climb a crane I'd give her props.

Whoopee! Changes nothing one whit. "Resist"...what? Restoration of the Economy that pays their salary and funds the technological R&D that can hopefully mitigate Human presence on the Planet?

I'm more into the landings as opposed to the jump itself.

They should have sprayed the crane with oil and left the loonies up there.

I like green peas, especially with pork chops and mashed potatoes.

Wait, I see you are talking about the greenpeace morons. Never mind.

Did they "Resist" arrest?

Now they can fondly recall their cause by looking at their felony record instead of voting.
