Actually, he has already had an impact that hopefully is long lasting beyond him.
He has proven that you don't have to let the media control the narrative.
99% of the media's power isn't just it's bias, but in it's ability to control WHAT people talk about around the water cooler.
Basically, even if you disagree with the media, you STILL end up beholden to the narrative THEY create.
If the media doesn't want a subject discussed, it just spikes it.
That paradigm may not be dead yet, but it's on fricking life support.

Actually if you read the emails, he did not want a meeting, said he couldn't go, preferred a phone call but the set up man continued to push a meeting until he relented.

If we sit back and allow the media to take down Donald Trump based on false narrative's there will never be another truly independent candidate.
A viable Trump presidency will give the American people the faith that we can survive without career politicians end it will let career politicians know that the American people will not be fooled by their tactics . If we let them take down Trump we will go right back to the Clintons and Bushes of the world and the establishment will spend the next 50 years telling us "I told you so".
