And, so it tumbles down the pyramid - by the time the 3rd and 4th tier schools get going, there are few, if any, qualified minority applicants left.

So, anyone with a functioning brain can realize the conundrum - in an effort to offer more opportunities to minority (primarily black and hispanic) law students, the system has created an environment where you have black and latino students at every tier of legal education in over their heads. If the busybodies weren't doing their social engineering experiments (essentially educational Marxism) - then you would have folks go to the school they are qualified to go to and succeed at normal rates.

It gives them an unfair advantage, especially when applying for jobs, schools, etc., and especially when it comes down to overall qualifications. The most qualified person is not always hired/admitted when race is involved, rather than who's more qualified.

Didn't read the article and quite frankly don't care what it says. Shame on Planned Parenthood for providing for women.

Sowell has written multiple books breaking down how AA is a disaster. It's simple and common sense. If you decide to give admission to someone who is less academically qualified than the other students based on their skin color then that person will be less likely to succeed. Being black or any color doesn't make you a better or worse at math.

It's also not debatable that Sanger believed in eugenics and saw the reduction of black people as a major reason for Planned Parenthood. He wanted to discourage poor people from breeding and she especially wanted to stop colored people fro breeding.
