Phony Rispone: Another RINO
Posted on 9/26/19 at 8:19 pm

Asked each candidate if they would rollback the Medicaid expansion. Rispone and Abraham BOTH said NO! Rispone wants to be CEO of the $30 billion state budget. Bobby Jindal Part II!!!! Abraham hit him hard on saying he's an outsider. Rispone has been THE SECRET MONEY MAN behind most of state-wide republican candidates and Congressional candidates for years. Donating millions to their campaign coffers.

Not impressed with Rispone at all tonight. Abraham seems the better choice.

It can't be done that easily at this point. The candidates could only give a yes or no answer and if Abraham or Rispone would have said yes, Edwards would be hammering them saying the Republicans want to take away poor people's healthcare.

I may not be happy with Rispone's campaign tactics right now against Abraham but I honestly feel that Eddie is the furthest thing from a RINO and he would be a great Conservative Governor for Louisiana.
We would be lucky to have him as Governor. It's just a damn shame his carpetbagger consultants have performed highway robbery on him and have no clue how louisiana politics and elections work.

Rispone showed his colors when he started attacking Abraham. Jay Dardenne II

With his fortune, he could have hired James Carville as his behind the scenes secret political consultant.

Abraham used the same tired "you donated money so you've been in politics" line they tried on Trump.

Yes, he didn't come across well tonight. His performance tonight probably locked in the #2 spot for Abraham.

Maybe, but you didn't hear Rispone deny it? He couldn't. It's the truth.
Of the $1 million he’s spent on political causes since 2015, records show $600,000 has gone to political action committees backing candidates.
Rispone also spent money on political action committees to promote the breakaway of part of a wealthier, whiter part of East Baton Rouge Parish into a community called St. George, according to state campaign finance records. He also formed Citizens for a Better Baton Rouge, funding it with $78,000, to support Republican state Sen. Bodi White in his race for Baton Rouge mayor. White, who supported the St. George breakaway, lost that race to Democrat Sharon Weston Broome in 2016.

Alternate thread title: “Paid Abraham shills check in here”

Ok... so should we vote JBE then?

Not an Abraham shill. No way Abraham is elected Governor. Why? He's from North Louisiana. South La Republicans will break ranks and vote for JBE before they will for a Governor from North La. Know when the last time a La governor came from North Louisiana? 31 years ago! 1988 Buddy Roemer.

Why does this matter?
Just because the last north LA governor was 1988 doesn't mean that being from north LA was the cause.

Is this supposed to make him lose my vote?????????
LOL at "wealthier, whiter part" I don't even need to click on the link to know what kind of site that came from.

No. it was to show Abraham was and is right to call him out on his outsider claim. Phony Rispone, has both his hands and money in Louisiana politics statewide for years.

As did Trump in New York.
As we see it did not matter.

Probably reminded you of Dardenne because of their connection. Like back in 2015 when Eddie's brother, Gerard (aka Jerry), donated $5,000 to Dardenne. It's relevant because his brother is CEO of their company. Again...Eddie's been a good man for a long time, but he's anything but an outsider. He should've kept his focus on defeating the incumbent. It's one of the big reasons why I'm voting for Abraham.
Rispones Pretending to be Outsiders but I'm not mad about it just want the lies to stop
