Reporter reminds Nancy that she said she would NOT send a bill that was 'messaging', and Nancy quickly states that yes, she IS sending messaging in the bill.
Bird bath?? Bathing?
Some can try to explain away that this is stuff taken out of context, but her long pauses are a clear sign she's spinning her wheels cognitively , just like Joe.

I literally just posted a link to the original source video from 9 months ago. She is a buffoon but the above video is fake, first of all they don’t put ridiculous music to congressional press conferences. Otherwise it is chopped and spliced for effect.

If you listen to the full video, it's obvious that the cut up video is manufactured. She's 82 and has probably slowed down some, but she's no where near Biden territory, as the manufactured video implies. She can answer questions off the cuff with detail and little hesitation.
