Usurping land from its occupants did not begin with Churchill. Throughout human history conquerors have usurped land from natives. And it hasn't been limited to whites displacing non-whites.

Poor Palestinians. They don't ask for much. Don't want tons of land and autonomy. Just want to annihilate the Jews. Is that so much to ask?

Hint: Land doesn't mean shite without water. The entire Sinai supports less than 1/3rd of Gaza's current population. That's because Gaza sits on the edge of a coastal aquifer and the Sinai has a handful of wadis (which are already stressed) and a whole lot of nothing else.

One of the plans trackfan linked us to was proposed by the Nazis. It was to create a Jewish state out of Madagascar.

Have you seen inside some of the tunnels that Hamas built? It's amazing that they were able to pull off something that sophisticated without heavy machinery. There's nothing that spurs man's ingenuity more than his desrie to figure new and creative ways to kill one another. I once read an article that specualted that WWII accelerated the production of the first nuclear power plant by 50 years. My guess is that the same is also true for satellites which benefitted from missle technology needed to make ICBM's.
