N Korea after a nuke or two will be fine. In particular areas may be troubled but like Japan all will be fine in the long run. This inhabitable for thousand years crap is hogwash

Hogwash it is indeed. Hell we can take all kind of storm or deprivation here and no doubt could take a couple of nukes better than those little fellers over there by gum.

It's a helluva conundrum, at some point, NK will have to be dealt with by us. It's abundantly clear that China won't do anything to them.
The thing is, what do we do when China pours into the war like they did at Chosin Reservoir the the Korean War? We don't have the manpower at the moment for something like that. Nor do we have the leadership for it, most of the NCO's and junior officers that served in Iraq and Afghanistan are no longer in the military.
