Let he who is without sin fire the first bullet - or something like that. 60 shots is moronic and certainly not good police work. But if he fired first, he deserved a deadly force response. 60 shots put the community and other police officers at danger from cross-fire and backstop issues.

Love the one comment where the guy says “why are cops fired immediately if the kill some one, all other professions do”……does that knucklehead know anything about the number of people that die annually from medical errors? I have a laundry list of physicians that if I was injured on the side of the road, I’d write in my own blood don’t not let Dr so-and-so touch me!

Apparently no weapon was seen. They thought they heard "gun shots".
