Seemed like the officer genuinely thought offending someone was against the law. I Completely disagree but I thought the officer handled himself professionally at least.
Guy should get off. If that is a crime on that campus somehow (even though he wasn't on campus) at least this video will bring this to light.
Any idea what he supposedly did to offend someone?
