Basically eliminated? We've seen constant TB outbreaks in Atlanta due to a few homeless shelters. Not so much immigrants as poor conditions for the underprivileged. Can't speak to other places, but I know drug-resistant strains from India and SE Asia have become a concern in the last decade, as well.

That's such a bs hit piece. Despite multiple assurances from the people in charge that it's not an issue, they have 'anonymous sources' claiming it's a problem. And calling 3 cases in a county with a large immigrant population an outbreak seems like a stretch.
