It is unconstitutional! Just because we don't have a piece of paper that says were Americans doesn't mean we aren't Americans.

The left doesn't. Their strategy is emotional politics and they're hitting some real zingers...hiding behind children to further their agenda should make people sick, but it won't. It just creates another divide, which is another part of the strategy. Laws be damned, we have children to worry about! Yeah, we are with you IF YOU DO IT WITHIN THE CONFINES OF THE CONSTITUTION

What's truly hilarious is the leftists say the President can suspend codified-legislation by executive order (DACA) is Constitutional...
Also say... An expressly authorized presidential power (Trump's travel ban) is UN-constitutional.
It seems like "constitutionality" for leftists is based on whether they agree with it or not rather than any objective rational reasoning.

Exactly.
Constitutional = Stuff the left wants
Unconstitutional = Stuff that the left doesn't want.
That really is the extent of their love for the constitution.

The constitution is just another tool to be used when it benefits them and shunned when it doesn't. It's like a hunting dog they only release from its cage when it's open season on some issue they care about.

ILLEGAL IS ILLEGAL. I have lived as a LEGAL IMMIGRANT for 10 years. Other countries place you in jail and deport you immediately when they catch you in their country. Obide by the laws of the country you reside in our or accept the legal consequences.
