Jug ears is in Tahiti. He knows the order for his arrest and detainment has been issued. He can't return unless Trumps DOJ gives him the all clear. That will occur only after jug ears can put the monster he created back in the closet. Not sure he can at this point. God speed jug ears! Tahiti is a great place to be exiled.

Let me guess, once Trump is destroyed, Obama is willing to return to the USA to serve as Interim POTUS until the next Democrat is ready to serve as POTUS.

It's probably a good bet that Obama is beginning to understand why outgoing presidents actually act like a lame duck and then really get the frick out of politics for good after they leave the White House. He could've gone into a quiet retirement or go live a rock star lifestyle as far away from politics as they can get but no he had to have a bitch fit about America rejecting his legacy and acted accordingly.
There's a reason why the new president inherits the former president's skeletons and will not hesitate ago use it against him if the former president is still politically active.

(1) The most recent former President is a community agitator.
