That is something a lot of people don't get.
Even if a "company pays" half or all of your health insurance you are ultimately the one who pays all of it.
You pay it in reduced wages.
It is all part of your wage package. A company decided how many employees they can hire based on the economics of having the worker.
And adjust the employment package(wages) to make them as competitive as they need to be to fill that job while still being able to make a profit off your work.
