“It’s enough to be a serious concern,” Jadwat said of the reports.
Jadwat and other ACLU lawyers had earlier Saturday night won an emergency stay of Trump’s deportation order from Brooklyn Federal Judge Ann Donnelly.

People particularly liberals, lawyers and some federal judges need to read and understand the law.
8 US Code1182: Inadmissible aliens
(f) Suspension of entry or imposition of restrictions by President Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate.

Exactly. The outcry is just the usual liberal progressive double-standard employed by Democrats and their compliant media. What conservatives need are more media outlets to counter the liberal hypocrisy.
